南斯酒庄成立于 1975 年，当时大卫和凯瑟琳·兰斯经过两年的寻找，终于在墨尔本郊外的亚拉河谷葡萄酒产区圣安德鲁斯小村庄发现了一块朝北的绝佳土地，并在此建立了南斯酒庄。第一批葡萄藤于1976年栽种。酒庄的目标和理念很简单：种植最优质的葡萄——饱满多汁、成熟浓郁、品种特性极佳——并手工酿造出优雅独特、品质卓越的葡萄酒。自1980年首个年份起，钻石谷（Diamond Valley）品牌葡萄酒便广受赞誉。凭借众多奖项，酒庄成为澳大利亚最成功的小型酒庄之一，也是雅拉河谷产区的标志性酒庄。钻石谷（Diamond Valley）品牌于2005年出售，但葡萄园和酒庄仍归南斯（Lance）家族所有。大卫和凯瑟琳的儿子詹姆斯和妻子克莱尔接管了酒庄的运营。他们创立了新品牌“潘趣”（Punch），融合了家族数十年来积累的酿酒经验和极简主义的酿造理念，延续了卓越的酿酒传统。潘趣葡萄酒广受好评，并荣获《哈利迪葡萄酒指南》（Halliday Wine Companion 2022）五星酒庄称号。2024年，一家新公司（LANCE WINERY PTY LTD）从南斯家族手中收购了这处产业，并扩大了经营规模。酒庄在继续沿用传统方法耕耘这片著名的葡萄园的同时，也从雅拉河谷的其他葡萄园采购葡萄进行大规模生产。在新东家的经营下，酒庄推出了多个新的葡萄酒品牌，提供一系列产品以满足不同客户的喜好。现在，南斯酒庄开始从全澳洲各产区采购优质葡萄酒，作为采购平台，进行全澳洲葡萄酒的全球供应，提供OEM、ODM，以及澳洲多个产区葡萄酒原酒的代采购服务，并从事葡萄酒瓶子、包材的采购服务，以及亚太地区葡萄酒品牌的推广活动。...
